it's a large site, that doesn't look good and could be put to better use providing homes or services

Why do you feel this way and do you have any other comments?
This site should be developed, but seems too small for 10 properties for families as suggested. Families do need some green space and this is quite a way from the nearest play park so each home either needs a garden or needs to be built around some green space
