Planning policy team
The Local Plans team in Exeter City Council are responsible for the production of the Exeter Plan. The team is led by George Marshall - Assistant Service Lead – Local Plan. The City Council itself has statutory responsibility for planning matters within the local authority boundary. The Council will use information from this website to inform the plan making process and may share anonymous data with its partners and consultants in the course of preparing the Exeter Plan.
