Why do you feel this way and do you have any other comments?
The full draft of the Exeter Plan only includes site requirements for the strategic brownfield allocations for mixed use development. This means there are no site-specific policies for sites 60 (land @ Hamlin Lane), 72 (Belle Isle) or 143 (Apparel master site on Cowley Bridge Road). These sites are all located within Flood Zone 3 and we would thus expect flood risk to be fully addressed. We would also expect to see a remediation scheme for any contamination found to be present with these sites. We would be able to provide our specific site-specific requirements for these sites upon request.

Shouldn’t consider any work in this area until the awful LTN is removed. Cutting off part of the city was one of the worse ideas, maybe if people had been properly consulted it would not have happened
