It should be clearer in the plan how much of the site would be ‘well managed public space’ and therefore also what the density of building would be. It is hard to see how a gain in biodiversity could be achieved by building on a green field site with field boundaries on most sides. How will this be achieved?

There is already a highly populated area with people parking their cars in all the side roads causing issues for the residents. Chudleigh road, is used as a rat run for cars speeding from the dual carriage way, which has become a road unable to cope with the volume of traffic which would increase if these builds go ahead. The schools, GP practice and general infrastructure has not the capacity for a growing population in one small area.
