Why do you feel this way and do you have any other comments?
Despite modern development the site contains archaeological potential relating to prehistoric and Roman land use, the Prayerbook Rebellion Clyst Heath battlefield and Second World War military use of the site. Any development should be accompanied by a programme of archaeological mitigation.

Why do you feel this way and do you have any other comments?
Were this site to become available for development then why not a residential development - the recent Lovells development at Alder Drive would be an ideal site to consider replicating. There would need to be considerable funding for education and medical facilities should that be done.
